Webhook (CRM Integration)

An automated HTTP request sent by BidSwift to a third-party system when an event occurs — such as a new lead submission or estimate approval. Used to sync data with CRMs and automation tools like Zapier.

In Depth

Webhooks enable real-time integration between BidSwift and external tools. When a new lead comes in, a webhook can automatically create a contact in a CRM, send a notification to Slack, or trigger an automation in Zapier — without manual data entry.

Example Usage

"The contractor set up a Zapier webhook so every new BidSwift lead automatically created a contact in their HubSpot CRM."

Put Webhook (CRM Integration) into practice

BidSwift is estimating software built for lawn care and holiday lighting contractors. Apply these concepts in every estimate you send — satellite measurement, material markup, and professional estimate links in one tool.
